I am a coach and certified counselor and experience expert, specializing in supporting individuals and couples through various life challenges. With expertise in (c)PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), grief counseling, relationship coaching, LGBTQ+ coach and transition counselor. I also coach people who have experienced domestic violence and have been in relationships with people with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), offering customized support and understanding. In addition, I bring a unique perspective as a former Jehovah’s Witness, which allows me to offer insights and empathy to people from similar backgrounds seeking personal development and recovery. I am currently continuing my studies regarding sexologisy and expanding my practice to provide comprehensive support in the areas of sexual health, intimacy and relationships.<\/p>

The 56m\u00b2 practice space not only boasts a stunning view but is also designed to make you feel completely at ease. Whether you prefer calming music of your choice or the use of an aromatherapy diffuser, the space provides a warm and relaxed alternative to the often sterile and rigid atmosphere of traditional therapy settings.\n\nOur sessions are flexible and never strictly time-bound, with a potential 30-minute extension if needed. At Coaching by Lux, we believe it\u2019s essential to give you the space to fully express everything you wish to discuss. Additionally, there is the option to bring your partner to the sessions, so we can work together on solutions or dynamics that benefit both of you.<\/p><\/div>
